A young man from Zahle, Lebanon came to America in search of the American Dream. For Andy Hajjar, it didn't take very long away from home for him to crave his family's traditional Mediterranean cooking. Andy soon opened Andy's Deli in Walnut Hills. Shortly after the success of the deli, Andy turned to redefining fine dining. He has always had his thoughts on the future and he wanted to branch out to create an affordable everyday alternative for people to enjoy his families traditional Mediterranean recipes. Now he is the Executive Chef behind his restaurant Kabobske! It is a healthy Mediterranean option with the same traditional ingredients at an affordable price.
